Will there be more clothing?
Of course! Our company is just starting up and we do everything step by step. So we are expanding our collection as soon as possible!
Is the shipping free?
No, we unfortunately have to charge 6.65euros to ship your package. We offer free shipping above 60€
Sold out?
If the product you want is sold out, no problem! Contact us and we'll place an order for you!
How are the sizes?
The sizes come out large.
Return possible?
To return please contact us! (Item must be unworn and not damaged.) Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase.
I have problems with my clothing.
Is there a problem with your clothing? Contact us as soon as possible! Our service team will help you as soon as possible.
May the clothes be washed
The washing instructions can be found in the label inside the clothing.
Why is there no VAT on your webshop?
Our small business is not VAT liable this according to following article:Small business subject to tax exemption scheme (Kleine onderneming onderworpen aan de vrijstellingsregeling van belasting)
How long will the delivery take?
Once you order is placed it will be sent via post as soon as possible. so count on 2-3 working days. It is also possible to physically hand over the package, please contact us for this.
Items on order.
Items with the order label are ordered especially for you at a discounted rate due to the long delivery time. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Ordering and paying for the item is done in advance. The order can be cancelled up to 2 days after purchase.
Voor wie is de coaching?
De coaching is geschikt voor bmx'ers van alle leeftijden die aan competitie doen. We werken met iedereen op een proffesionele manier die aangepast is aan hun leeftijd.
Gaan de trainingen altijd door?
Ja, onze wintertrainingen gaan altijd door. Afhankelijk van het weer kan de locatie of activiteit wijzigen.
Wat kost het winterpakket?
Je kan onze prijs opvragen via ons inschrijvingsformulier. Nadat je je hebt ingeschrijven nemen wij contact met je op om alles verder te bespreken. Hier zullen we ook onze prijs meedelen.
Wat is de visie van de trainingen?
Tijdens onze trainingen streven we altijd naar een proffesionele aanpak, waarbij zowel fysiek als techniek belangrijk is. We doen dit altijd op een leuke manier zodat het een aangename maar leerrijke training is.

### 2. Product Condition and Shipping
We ensure that all our garments are shipped in perfect condition. However, please inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any damage that occurred during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue. Note that any damage that occurs after delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for such incidents. Please report any transportation damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
### 3. Item on order
Certain items marked with the "Item on order" label on our website are custom-made or specially ordered for you, often at a discounted rate. These items require a longer delivery time of approximately 1-2 weeks. Please note that payment for these items is required in full at the time of purchase. You have the right to cancel these orders within 2 days of purchase. After this 2-day period, cancellations will not be accepted, as the items are custom-ordered specifically for you.

Prices listed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, and the full payment must be completed before your order is processed. FastXclusive reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
### 5. Delivery and Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard shipping times for in-stock items are typically 3-5 business days, while special orders may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the item. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside of the country, additional customs fees and taxes may apply, and we are not responsible for any such charges. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities regarding potential fees.
### 6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom-ordered items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Met betrekking tot de wintertrainingen, deze dienen op voorhand betaald te worden anders is deelname niet mogelijk. Het annuleren van trainingen is niet mogelijk enkel omwille van medische redenen. De opgegeven trainingen zullen dus altijd gefactureerd worden.

Return Policy
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on one size or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
